Earlier this week, Desert Sun reporter Paul Albani-Burgio interviewed Rob Kellas, showrunner for YouTube account TPD TV, about why it&#8217;s one of his favorite festivals to review\/create content about. So it was particularly funny when we happened to walk right by their campsite on our way into Day 1 of Weekend 2. The YouTubers were super friendly (but we wanted to keep our cool and not ask for a photo), and we&#8217;re hoping we run into them again this weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"related-link\"><span class=\"exclude-from-newsgate\"><strong style=\"margin-right:3px\">Our Rob Kellas Q&amp;A: <\/strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.desertsun.com\/story\/entertainment\/coachella\/2026\/04\/16\/face-of-tpd-tv-on-youtube-rob-kellas-says-you-can-skip-this-thing-at-coachella-2026\/89634969007\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Face of YouTube&#8217;s TPD TV says you should skip this one thing at Coachella<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"presto-h2 wp-block-heading\">James Charles<\/h2>\n<p>Speaking of YouTubers, YouTuber\/make-up artist James Charles went to Coachella Weekend 1, and posted a video to his Instagram Friday saying he had so much fun, he was coming back for Weekend 2. See who we&#8217;ve spotted so far<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"presto-h2 wp-block-heading\">Kacey Musgraves<\/h2>\n<p>We first got a hint that Kacey Musgraves would at least be attending Weekend 2 of Coachella when on Tuesday, she posted a video of a new mural \u2014 promoting her upcoming album, &#8220;Middle of Nowhere&#8221; \u2014 on the side of I-10 in the desert with the caption &#8220;Somewhere on the way to Coachella.&#8221; Then, later that same day, her name was added to the set time announcement. We now know Musgraves will perform her special Weekend 2-only set at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Mojave, the same time of day and place where Ed Sheeran performed his surprise set at Coachella last year.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"presto-h2 wp-block-heading\">Justin Bieber<\/h2>\n<p>We of course already know Justin Bieber is in the desert ahead of his Weekend 2 headlining set Saturday, but on Friday, we saw several photos posted to social media that showed the &#8220;Yukon&#8221; singer and his wife, Hailey Bieber, enjoying a local business.
