Citing National Police, the outlet reported that the content creator had been partially decapitated and her face was bloodied.<\/p>\n\u201cIt is assumed that the motive for her death is revenge,\u201d Police Commissioner Wilber Mayes told the outlet.<\/p>\n
As part of the police investigation, per El Heraldo<\/em>, a 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with Argueta’s death.<\/p>\nPEOPLE has contacted the National Police for comment.<\/p>\n

Speaking to El Heraldo<\/em>, Argueta’s mother said that her late daughter had told her that she was \u201cgoing out with a friend.\u201d She also claimed that one of the friends Argueta had been with the night she went missing told her that \u201cthree armed men\u201d had \u201cgrabbed her, dragged her and put her in a gray sedan.\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cIt’s a pain no mother expects,\u201d continued Argueta’s mother. \u201cThis is hard. You’d rather die, seeing a daughter lying like this, even worse a female. I never imagined that this could happen to me.”<\/p>\n
