Applegate recently released her memoir You With the Sad Eyes<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Christina Applegate<\/a> is speaking out for the first time since reports of her recent hospitalization.<\/p>\n “Thank you for the outpouring of love and well wishes. Health issues are a constant for me, but I’m a strong chick and I’m getting stronger and better every day,” the Married… with Children<\/em><\/a> alum, 54, wrote in the caption for a photo she posted to Instagram<\/a> April 20. The picture was of a white coffee cup, emblazoned with kisses and the words “Kissy Kissy,” sitting atop her memoir, You With the Sad Eyes<\/em><\/a>.<\/a><\/p>\n The actress ended her post to say, “I’m taking a moment to focus on my health, but I’ll be back with more to say soon enough.”<\/p>\n Applegate was reportedly hospitalized last week but has given no further details. In addition to her memoir, she also candidly discusses her symptoms on MeSsy<\/em><\/a>, <\/em>the podcast she hosts with her friend, Sopranos<\/em> alum Jamie-Lynn Sigler,<\/a> who shared that she’d been diagnosed with MS in 2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n In February, Applegate announced the launch of Next in MS,<\/a> an online community for those impacted by MS to share their own experiences.
