Gabriela commented on the post with a pink heart emoji.<\/p>\n This marks the first time the model has been featured on Jonas’ Instagram after a source previously told PEOPLE that they “first started to get to know each other late last summer.”<\/p>\n However, the “Sucker” singer didn’t stop there. In a YouTube video<\/a> documenting his trip to the capital San Juan, Jonas, 36, shared multiple clips with his lady love, 28, calling her \u201cTati\u201d and saying, \u201cShe’s helping me with Spanish,\u201d as he attempted multiple phrases.<\/p>\n
