Sabrina Carpenter<\/a><\/strong> has Barry Manilow<\/a><\/strong>‘s stamp of approval following her performance at Coachella.<\/p>\n Mashing up her song “Feather” with Manilow’s “Copacabana,” according to fan footage of her festival performance<\/a>, not only thrilled fans of both artists, but of the 82-year-old music<\/a> icon himself.<\/p>\n Showing his gratitude<\/a>, the “Mandy” singer took to Instagram on Monday reposting a clip of Carpenter’s where she danced to the fun remix.<\/p>\n “She was a #showgirl!” he captioned his post. “Thanks for all the love @sabrinacarpenter!”<\/p>\n According to fan posts,<\/a> Manilow also sent the singer flowers and a note.<\/p>\n “Dear Sabrina, Loved your set at Coachella. Much good luck,” the note read.<\/p>\n The “Espresso” singer originally posted the ‘thank you’ video on TikTok<\/a> following her performance at the festival that took place over the past two weekends. <\/p>\n “Thank you for coming to Sabrinawood,” she captioned the clip.<\/p>\n And fans were loving it.<\/p>\n “Sabrina has great taste and a fun, production style of entertainment! Love Barry so much!!!!” one wrote.<\/p>\n “Ya girl has good taste!” echoed another.<\/p>\n “This is fabulous,” a third simply said.<\/p>\n “Madonna<\/a>. Barry Manilow. A moment in history, I will never forget! \ud83e\ude77 I FEEL SO FREE \ud83e\ude77”<\/p>\n Actress Susan Sarandon<\/strong> also made a cameo<\/a> during Carpenter’s festival set.<\/p>\n Other Coachella performers included Justin Bieber<\/a><\/strong> and Karol G. <\/strong><\/p>\n Manilow, for his part, is slated to tour this summer.
