Adam Thomas<\/a>\u2019 family have rallied behind him after a difficult few days on I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 South Africa<\/a>.<\/p>\nThe Waterloo Road and Emmerdale actor, 37, has joined the likes of Scarlett Moffatt and Ashley Roberts in the All Stars series<\/a>.<\/p>\nWhile also facing Ant and Dec\u2019s stomach-churning trials, Adam has been forced to deal with taunts from David Haye and a hidden health struggle, as well as a feud with Jimmy Bullard<\/a>.<\/p>\nTuesday\u2019s episode saw Adam and Jimmy clash in one of the show\u2019s most heated confrontations ever, after the footballer refused to take part in a challenge, leaving Adam declaring: \u201cYou\u2019re taking the p***!\u201d<\/p>\n

Rumours have also suggested Jimmy may not be attending the I\u2019m A Celebrity final after the furious row, which saw him brand Adam\u2019s outburst as \u201cpathetic\u201d before leaving the camp.<\/p>\n
Adam\u2019s twin brother Scott has now shared his support, writing in a story on Instagram alongside an image of Adam looking devastated in the camp.<\/p>\n
Scott said: \u201cThe way my brother powered through this experience despite having so much against him I will never know\u2026 protect your energy at all costs from now on Ads not everyone deserves that pure heart of yours bro\u2026 Love you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

This comes after Adam came under fire from David Haye, who sparked outrage over his comments as he pushed the actor to do another trial.<\/p>\n
Adam, who has been open about his struggles with arthritis, later shared on Instagram what he had been going through.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cNot going to lie,this picture breaks my heart, as I know on the inside what I was dealing with and truth be told I thought it was all my fault. I now know that\u2019s not the reality\u2026<\/p>\n
\u201cMy time in I\u2019m a Celebrity South Africa was one of the toughest things I\u2019ve ever been through, physically, mentally, and emotionally.<\/p>\n
\u201cWatching it back hasn\u2019t been easy at all. There were moments I felt pushed to my absolute limit, and if I\u2019m honest, times I didn\u2019t even recognise myself. Living with arthritis is something I don\u2019t really talk about, as much as I should do\u2026but in there it really took its toll. My biggest fight was pretending to put on a brave face and trying to hide the pain! that can be exhausting within itself. There were days my body just didn\u2019t want to keep going, but I did.<\/p>\n
