Stanislaus County artists open their doors to the public for the annual studio tour. There also are festivals peppering the Modesto region, all from April 25 to May 1.<\/p>\n The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain features instruments of various sizes and registers, from soprano to bass. The group will take its show to the Gallo Center. \u201cThe ensemble is best known for performing musically faithful but often tongue-in-cheek covers of popular songs and musical pieces from a wide variety of music genres …,\u201d the center\u2019s website says.
