Prince Louis<\/strong><\/a> is celebrating his 8th birthday on the water.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy birthday, Louis!\u201d the official Prince and Princess of Wales Instagram account captioned a photo of the young royal on Thursday, April 23. \u201c8 today!\u201d<\/p>\n

Prince William<\/strong> and Princess Kate Middleton<\/strong>\u2019s youngest son was all smiles as he stood with his arms crossed with a body of water surging behind him. Louis wore a dark blue knit half-zip in the image.<\/p>\n

Royal watchers couldn\u2019t help but comment on how much Louis looked like his older brother, Prince George<\/strong>. (Along with Louis and George, 12, William and Kate are also the parents of daughter Princess Charlotte<\/strong>, 10.)<\/p>\n

King Charles III<\/strong> and Queen Camilla<\/strong>\u2019s Instagram account shared the photo with a birthday message of their own.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy Birthday to Prince Louis!\u201d they added.<\/p>\n

William and Kate\u2019s Instagram account also posted a video of Louis at the beach<\/a> for his big day. The short clip featured the youngster wearing a wetsuit after taking a dive in the water. He could also be seen playing cricket on the beach and running around in the sand.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you for all the birthday wishes for Prince Louis,\u201d the video\u2019s caption read. \u201c8 is great!\u201d<\/p>\n
