Korn<\/a> have surprise-released a new single titled \u201cReward the Scars.\u201d It is their first new material from the nu-metal pioneers in four years, following the 2022 release of the album Requiem<\/em>.<\/p>\n The song comes as a collaboration with the upcoming Lords of Hatred\u00a0<\/em>expansion for the video game\u00a0Diablo IV<\/em><\/a>, out April 28th. The track featured production by Nick Raskulinecz, who first began working with the group on their 12th studio album, 2016\u2019s The Serenity of Suffering<\/em>.<\/p>\n The track also arrives on the eve of Korn\u2019s upcoming appearance at Sick New World<\/a> this Saturday in Las Vegas followed by a Latin American tour<\/a>. This year will also see the band performing in Europe in October and November with Architects, Youth Code and Pixel Grip.<\/p>\n Related Video<\/p>\n Earlier this year, guitarist Brian \u201cHead\u201d Welch told Loudwire<\/a> that a new studio album wasn\u2019t a priority for the band, which was choosing to focus on live shows.
