It was very important to me that I watched the finale with the world \u2018cause it was the &#8230; cottage episode.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">During the latest installment of her podcast, Dreyer also detailed how she feels as though she&#8217;s living two separate lives\u2014one as a mother to her three boys and the other as a star of the morning show.<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">She explained how separating these two roles has helped her to embrace each one in a new way, while also enabling her to find new appreciation in what she does. <\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">&#8220;I feel like I have my life that I love. I love my job. I love coming to work. I\u2019m not thinking about my kids,&#8221; Dylan said. &#8220;And then I go home, and I love being a mom. I love being with the kids, and I\u2019m not really thinking about work. That\u2019s another story with a lot of wine and that\u2019s a whole different thing, but either way we\u2019ve gotten to this place,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">\u201cAnd there\u2019s something freeing, I think, for Brian and I where\u2014whatever reasons, whatever broke in a marriage\u2014you could either fix it if you can and ideally you would and you try, and you try to fix things. Or you accept that it\u2019s broken and you take this new step forward.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">Dreyer also previously admitted that she was struggling with &#8220;guilt&#8221; over hiring a nanny for her children. <\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">Referring to an interview that her guest, <strong>Erin Andrews<\/strong>, had done, Dreyer said: &#8220;I read an article where you were quoted in it. [You] were saying it\u2019s almost embarrassing, sometimes, to admit that you have a nanny, and it\u2019s wild because my oldest\u2014we\u2019ve had our nanny since he was 3 months old. Because I do work full time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">Dreyer revealed that her need for a nanny comes from the fact that she doesn&#8217;t have many family members nearby.<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">\u201cMy parents don\u2019t live close. My mom\u2019s in\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/realestateandhomes-search\/Florida\" target=\"_blank\">Florida<\/a>. My brother\u2019s in\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/realestateandhomes-search\/Oregon\" target=\"_blank\">Oregon<\/a>. My other brother\u2019s in Florida. My in-laws are up in Boston. It used to be where you lived in a community. You lived in a neighborhood where your family was close by, and you had people that could watch your kids for you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">She continued, \u201cTrust me, I would love to not have to pay somebody to help me watch my kids. But at the same time, I couldn\u2019t have the career I have, and I love my job. I\u2019ve been doing it, like, half my life, I\u2019ve been doing this job.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"base__StyledType-rui__sc-18muj27-0 IEPPf sc-7dicpk-0 ccZqsH core-paragraph\">Andrews said, &#8220;And you should. You should be able to. I want my kids to see me working hard and making the sacrifices, yet cooking dinner or doing what I can at home.
