It is a screenshot of her actual iPhone Notes app dated February 28, 2014 at 6:59 PM, one day before Bieber’s 20th birthday<\/a>, containing a full fan letter calling him the “best singer and person in the world” and closing with “HAPPY BIRTH DAY BABY.” She kept the note for 12 years.
