Taylor Frankie Paul<\/b><\/a>\u2019s ex Dakota Mortensen <\/b><\/a>allegedly <\/b>shared multiple videos of the former couple arguing after he called the police.<\/p>\n

A Draper County Police Department report obtained by Us Weekly <\/i>on Wednesday, April 22, claims that Mortensen, 33, shared six videos with officers as evidence of alleged domestic violence. In one video filmed in September 2024, Mortensen captured Paul, 31, while they were in a hotel bed together with their 2-year-old son, Ever.<\/p>\n

In the footage, Paul reportedly questioned why Mortensen was filming the interaction. He claimed that she was \u201cattacking\u201d him and that there was a red mark on his face. Paul responded that Mortensen was also pinching her, leaving a red spot on her shoulder blade.<\/p>\n

The pair further argued about whether Mortensen was emotionally abusive, prompting him to remind the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives <\/i>star that she allegedly \u201cbeat him\u201d for two years. Paul also said that she did not want to be filmed, resulting in even more fighting between the couple.<\/p>\n

It sucks to be in this position. And the mother that I am, that is something I will always stand my ground on. Paul, 31, and Mortensen, 33, appeared in court virtually on Tuesday, April 7, to discuss visitation after Mortensen was granted temporary custody of their 2-year-old son, Ever. Amid the investigation, Mortensen was granted a temporary protective order against Taylor, which barred the exes from having contact and awarded him full custody of Ever. She also filed her own temporary protective order against Mortensen.<\/p>\n
