Bethenny Frankel<\/a> shared that she nearly collapsed while shopping on her Costa Rican vacation, thanking “the sweetest woman” at the store who came to her aid.<\/p>\n “I walk into a store and, like, pretty much faint. My blood pressure crashes,” the entrepreneur, 55, shared in an Instagram<\/a> video posted on April 24.<\/p>\n The Skinnygirl<\/a> founder previously revealed that she struggles with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS)<\/a>, a condition that causes varying symptoms when you transition from lying down to standing up, such as fatigue, dizziness and a fast heart rate.<\/p>\n When Frankel felt faint in the Nasara shop Magic Boutique<\/a>, she recalled, “This woman in the store was like, ‘Please lay down,’ and was, like, offering me pineapple and pulled a chair up.”<\/p>\n At the time she filmed the video, Frankel said she’s “been in the store for an hour because I can’t move. She took my shoes off, and I have not been able to move from this couch because I’ve just been so dizzy, in another country, feeling super uncomfortable.”<\/p>\n Dubbing the unnamed helper “the sweetest woman” in her video caption, Frankel shared a clip of the employee, explaining, “I wanna show you her because she’s amazing, and her store is so nice, but she’s so sweet.”<\/p>\n She added, “So that’s her. She’s so lovely \u2026 and she took my shoes off and gave me a table, pineapple. So you’re the best.
