The court tossed her sexual-harassment, defamation and conspiracy claims, but allowed her retaliation and breach-of-contract allegations against Wayfarer Studios to move forward.<\/p>\n Lively has since insisted she still plans to testify, and Reynolds is also expected to take the stand.<\/a><\/p>\n Behind the scenes, there are signs the couple may be planning for life after the trial.
