In the video, picking up the products, she said: “So I just got this in the mail from my friend Meghan… she sent me a beautiful box of chocolates from her brand As Ever, you guys should check it out.” Showing that the box had already been half eaten, laughing Serena said: “I’ve botched it. She’s like so classy and I’m like, look at this. This is nuts. Anyway, the chocolate was beautiful and it was delicious. I don’t like chocolate but I’ve been killing them.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With her mouth then full of chocolate, she showed the two candles inspired by Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Holding the one inspired by Archie, she said: “candles, ginger and cashmere, I couldn’t pronounce the other word”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Whilst holding the one inspired by Lilibet, she said: “amber, water lily [and] another one I can’t pronounce.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She then concluded the video by saying: “Looks good. I love the candles, thank you, I love you.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Taking to X, fans weren’t impressed by Serena’s video. One fan added: “Ummm, Serena Williams just trolled the crap out of As Ever! That is NOT the way you unbox a friends gift! [cry-laughing emoji].”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Another added: “This is the shadiest plug I\u2019ve ever seen in my life-tell me Serena Williams is over #meghanmarkle without telling me… [cry-laughing emoji].”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Clearly amused by Serena’s video, another added: “It\u2019s a terrible plug! The chocolates are all over and she\u2019s chewing throughout. It\u2019s screaming that she couldn\u2019t be bothered and I love it. [cry-laughing emoji]”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
