Spencer Prat, best known for his role on The Hills, has reportedly taken an early lead over Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass in one key area of the upcoming mayoral race: fundraising.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pratt, 45, has raised nearly $540,000 since announcing his candidacy for LA<\/a> mayor in January. That total places the Hollywood<\/a> actor ahead of Bass, 72, who has raised just under $495,000 in the same period.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Among his supporters are Doug Reinhardt, also known for The Hills and former partner of Lauren Conrad, producer Jeff Jenkins, known for work on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and singer and actress Katharine McPhee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pratt\u2019s entry into the race has been shaped in part by his criticism of how city and state leadership handled the aftermath of the January 2025 Los Angeles wildfires.
