Lainey Wilson<\/a> turned a weather-disrupted night at Stagecoach Festival into one of the weekend\u2019s most wholesome moments.<\/p>\n High winds forced thousands of fans to temporarily evacuate the grounds on Friday<\/a>, April 24, causing major delays across the festival schedule. Several performances were pushed back, while sets from Journey and Riley Green were canceled entirely.<\/p>\n When Wilson finally hit the stage for her headlining set at 10:30 p.m., she wasted no time getting the crowd back in party mode. \u201cHopefully you sat in y\u2019alls cars for a bit and drank some tequila<\/a>,\u201d she told fans. \u201cWe came to Stagecoach to have a damn good time and that\u2019s what we gonna do.\u201d<\/p>\n She launched into \u201cCan\u2019t Sit Still,\u201d then moved through some fan favorites. But one of the night\u2019s biggest surprises came when Wilson invited Riley Green to the stage<\/a> after his solo set had been scrapped. Joined by Little Big Town, the group performed \u201cI Think I’ll Just Stay Here and Drink\u201d before Green sang his hit \u201cI Wish Grandpas Never Died.\u201d<\/p>\n Wilson\u2014who has easily become one of country music<\/a>\u2019s biggest stars\u2014headlined Stagecoach for the first time after previously performing at the festival in 2023.<\/p>\n The performance came as Wilson has also been speaking openly about the less glamorous side of fame. In a recent PEOPLE cover story tied to her Lainey Wilson: Keepin’ Country Cool <\/em>documentary, the Grammy winner revealed she previously experienced a serious panic attack<\/a> and later sought help from three therapists.
