The first lady took to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, April 27, to break her silence about the late-night host doing a bit on the show, acting like the host of the annual event. Jimmy did a parody monologue of what he would have said at the event if President Donald Trump<\/a> didn’t have “the thinnest fat skin of any human being ever” on his late-night show on Thursday, April 23, just days before the shooting that happened at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n During his bit, he blasted Donald and Melania, saying the latter has “you have a glow like an expectant widow.” Melania did not find the monologue funny and wrote, “Kimmel\u2019s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn\u2019t comedy- his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America. People like Kimmel shouldn\u2019t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him. Enough is enough. It is time for ABC to take a stand.
