Cork International Choral Festival 2026 takes place from 29 April to 3 May across venues in Cork city and county. The 71st festival includes gala concerts, national and international competitions, workshops, education events, choral trails and fringe\u00a0performances.<\/span><\/p>\n

The programme includes the Opening Gala Concert<\/a> at Cork City Hall on 29 April, Black Voices<\/a> on 30 April, and performances by Chamber Choir Ireland<\/a> and New Dublin Voices<\/a> on 1 May at the Cathedral of St Mary &<\/span> St\u00a0Anne.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Fleischmann International Trophy<\/a> takes place on 2 May in two sessions at Cork City Hall, followed by the Closing Gala Concert<\/a> on 3\u00a0May.<\/span><\/p>\n

Other events include The Big Sing<\/a>, The World Cup of Football Chants<\/a>, Afternoons in the Atrium<\/a> and choral trail performances, while the festival\u2019s education programme includes the Choral Composition Course with Se\u00e1n Doherty and Chamber Choir Ireland<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
