I\u2019m A Celebrity<\/a> star Jake Quickenden has clarified allegations he was \u201cbullied\u201d by Jimmy Bullard <\/a>during his stint in the jungle in 2014.<\/p>\n

Footballer Jimmy has been caught in a huge row after the All Stars series aired, which saw him in an explosive feud <\/a>with Adam Thomas<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The pair had furiously clashed<\/a> over a challenge, in which Jimmy had declared, \u2018I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here\u2019, essentially quitting, and dragging Adam along with him.<\/p>\n

Though the Waterloo Road actor kept his place in the competition and was later crowned King of the Jungle, he lashed out at Jimmy, who later called him \u201cpathetic\u201d.<\/p>\n

In confrontational scenes during the live I\u2019m A Celebrity final, the pair further clashed, with Jimmy branding Adam\u2019s behaviour \u201cabusive, aggressive and intimidating\u201d. Jimmy also took aim at ITV<\/a>\u2019s editing, leaving Ant and Dec to jump in over what they saw and what was aired.<\/p>\n

Since the feud erupted, a resurfaced clip from I\u2019m A Celebrity in 2014 has fans questioning whether Jake was \u201cbullied\u201d by Jimmy after a swipe in the jungle.<\/p>\n

In the clip, Jimmy took a swipe at Jake, asking him \u201cWhat the f**k have you done?\u201d Jake appeared to laugh it off, quipping back: \u201cI said that when I came in, didn\u2019t I. I don\u2019t even know why I\u2019m here myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the clip, Jimmy replied: \u201cThe more I get to know you, the more I\u2019m thinking, what the f**k is this p***k doing in here? What\u2019s he offering? Why the f**k are you in here? What are you? What sort of skill have you got?\u201d<\/p>\n

Jimmy then added in the bushtucker telegraph: \u201cI just sort of said, why are you here? Do you know what I mean, what do you do, like that? Banter! And he was just buckled!\u201d<\/p>\n

After the clip was shared on one fan\u2019s Instagram account, This Morning star Jake took to the comments on Instagram to clarify what had happened.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cI\u2019m gonna be honest here, bullying should be called out but he didn\u2019t bully me here, he was my pal in there, we was having a laugh, he out did me and I didn\u2019t know what to say back lol, he was trying to make me bite, some people may see it different but I can say this, he didn\u2019t bully me, he was actually so sound to me in there and ever since he still messages me to catch-up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jake had earlier addressed the bullying allegations, insisting they were just banter.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the Daily Express earlier this month, X Factor star Jake said: “It was mad. I absolutely love Jimmy and he was my best mate in there. All we did all day was take the p**s out of each other.<\/p>\n

“I think it actually started because I said that he was built like Mr Burns from The Simpsons so then he started giving me loads of s**t, but obviously in the edit, they didn’t really show me saying anything back.”<\/p>\n

Jake continued: “It looked like I was sat there taking it. If you haven’t been in a football changing room and you don’t know how harsh it can get… One of the first things Jimmy said to me was that nothing was off the table.<\/p>\n

“He was like, ‘If you want to come for my family, come for my family. I won’t take offence.’ I knew it was a different level – premiere league football, they obviously just take the mick all day.<\/p>\n

“So when he was saying, ‘Who are you? You’re not even a celebrity. You’ve only just done X Factor’, I was laughing! I think it’s because he kept such a straight face saying it, people took it the wrong way.”<\/p>\n
