    Hosted at the home of Patricia Barnstable Brown in the Highlands, the party benefits the Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center at the University of Kentucky. The event was founded by the Barnstable twins, their mother, Wilma, and Patricia\u2019s late husband, David E. Brown, in 1989.<\/p>\n

    \u201cThis\u00a0historic 37th year will be extraordinary,\u201d said Patricia. \u201cWe\u2019re so excited to celebrate with all of our friends!\u201d<\/p>\n

    Every year, the party attracts celebrities from movies, television, music and athletics. The 2026 guest list includes familiar faces and some new\u00a0ones.<\/p>\n
