Steven McBee Jr.<\/strong> and Allie Eklund<\/strong>\u2019s relationship took a turn for the worse after the pair attended a country music festival.<\/p>\n

After traveling to Indio, California, to experience Stagecoach<\/span><\/a> with headliners Cody Johnson<\/strong>, Lainey Wilson<\/strong> and Post Malone<\/strong>, McBee accused Eklund of cheating on him<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI still don\u2019t know exactly what happened,\u201d McBee shared via a since-deleted Instagram video on April 27, 2026. \u201cI just know there was hand holding, grinding, dancing, drunken stupor at an afterparty.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hours later, Eklund tried to defend herself<\/span><\/a> and shared how disappointed she was that her boyfriend took to social media before hearing her side of the story.<\/p>\n

In a series of Instagram Stories, McBee claimed he received messages from Stagecoach attendees, who alleged Eklund was getting cozy with another man at a festival afterparty.<\/p>\n

\u201cLeft a day early because I have real responsibilities. Just got two other calls about this situation as well,\u201d he wrote online. \u201cDamn, embarrassing to put this out there but figured there\u2019s no reason to gatekeep. Random dm, two phone calls and a video. Unreal. When someone shows you who they are\u2026listen.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a separate Instagram Story, McBee added, \u201c5:03 AM. One person at the gym on a Monday. The other drunk and cheating at an afterparty. Crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also alleged in a video posted on Instagram that Eklund made it clear she was not ready to settle down and only cared about attending the biggest concerts, events and festivals.<\/p>\n

\u201cPosting everything online before we talked is extremely disheartening and extremely unfair, considering l\u2019ve protected Steven many times during the course of our relationship,\u201d she claimed via her Instagram Story on April 27, 2026. \u201cI chose not to respond to [Steven] immediately because he has a history of verbally abusing me while he\u2019s in a heightened emotional state, and I felt it was more appropriate to have a private, level-headed conversation once emotions had settled. Unfortunately, that opportunity wasn\u2019t given to me before he decided to make this situation public, and it\u2019s even more disappointing that he made references to promote his TV show, as this situation is very real for me and my family, who prefer to live privately.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eklund also said she was simply enjoying the festival \u201cwith a group of friends.\u201d<\/p>\n
