Lion Forge Entertainment and Webtoon Productions are teaming up to bring the zombie horror-comedy \u201cShootAround\u201d to the big screen as a YA live-action film.<\/p>\n
Aiyana K. White, whose credits include \u201cSeverance\u201d and \u201cThe Night Agent,\u201d will write the feature based on the Webtoon webcomic of the same name. The comic by creator \u201cSuspu\u201d (Susanna Nousiainen) has amassed 28 million views.<\/p>\n

But mostly each other. \u2018Zombieland\u2019 meets \u2018Bring It On\u2019 in this life-or-death battle against a zombie outbreak and \u2014 perhaps more terrifyingly \u2014 teenagedom.\u201d<\/p>\n Lion Forge Entertainment founder and CEO David Steward II and president and chief creative officer Stephanie Sperber are producing the film for Lion Forge, which is financing the script. President David Madden and head of global film Jason Goldberg will executive produce for Webtoon Productions. White\u2019s feature, \u201cThe Weatherman,\u201d has Amy Aniobi\u2019s SuperSpecial attached to produce alongside Jason Bateman\u2019s Aggregate Films.<\/p>\n White is represented by Untitled Entertainment, Verve Talent & Literary Agency and Annie H Lee at Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Brown & Passman.
