The late Queen died aged 96 in September 2022, whilst her husband passed away in April 2021 – and was just weeks shy of his 100th birthday. Speaking on behalf of Heart Bingo Online<\/a>, former royal butler Grant Harrold has dubbed Catherine and William a “younger version” of the late royal couple.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Calling William and Catherine the “best of friends”, he said: “Their relationship has developed so beautifully and they\u2019re the best of friends. I compare them to the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. They are a younger version of them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“They work well together, they get on together, and they\u2019re a good team. That\u2019s what you need in a relationship and also as working royals, otherwise it wouldn\u2019t work. They support each other.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“It\u2019s also really nice to see that they can have a giggle and a laugh, which is very similar to what the Queen and Prince Philip would do. It\u2019s weirdly almost like history repeating itself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“They\u2019re also very passionate about their privacy and family. It can be very difficult for them to have that privacy as royalty.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Much like William and Catherine, the late Queen often expressed pride in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Catherine and William became first-time parents following the birth of their eldest son, Prince George, in 2013.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

They later went on to welcome their only daughter, Princess Charlotte, in 2015 and their third child, and second son, Prince Louis in 2018.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
