It was the job of two PR professionals to bring Camilla out of the shadows and into public acceptance after Diana, Princess of Wales’<\/a> sad and tragic death in Paris, France, in 1997. Camilla’s public image was put in the hands of PR experts Mark Bolland and Peter Brown, who worked to improve her image.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This visit is tied to the 250th anniversary of US independence from the United Kingdom and a partnership of “shared prosperity, security and history,” according to the UK Foreign Office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
