Chrissy Teigen<\/a> is embracing all of what being 40 has to offer.<\/p>\n The television personality, author and mom turned a new page in November 2025 and has recently been reflecting on her new decade.<\/p>\n Teigen shared all the contradictions she’s been feeling with her age in a Wednesday, April 29, Instagram<\/a> post.<\/p>\n “I love 40 but I hate sweating the bed,” she wrote. “But I love pockets and my new hair. But I’m so tired. But I love feeling things again. But I’m so tired. My skin is changing. My period is back. I feel like a crazy person but I love 40 I really do!!! Help.”<\/p>\n In the comment section, she also asked her followers to share what they’ve learned going through perimenopause and menopause.<\/p>\n “Take everything offered to you and ask everyone what they’re taking!” The Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em> star Heather Dubrow<\/a> replied. “Also, you need to constantly monitor and adjust what you take because your body changes constantly. Wait, was that helpful or confusing?”<\/p>\n Teigen posted her reflections alongside three photos of her rocking her new bob<\/a>, which she showed off on social media in March, with a colorful dress and red suede heeled boots.<\/p>\n Over the years, Teigen has been open about what it takes to maintain her look, including various plastic surgery procedures.<\/p>\n
