Stranger Things<\/a><\/em> star Finn Wolfhard<\/a> has announced his sophomore solo album \u2018Fire From The Hip\u2019 with the indie-fuelled lead single, \u2018I\u2019ll Let You Finish\u2019.<\/p>\n The new record comes on the heels of the actor and musician dropping his debut solo album \u2018Happy Birthday<\/a>\u2019 last year, and later heading out on a US tour and playing a sold-out show at London\u2019s Electric Brixton<\/a>.<\/p>\n Set for release on July 10, \u2018Fire From The Hip\u2019 will mark a new musical chapter for Wolfhard as he pushes his indie-rock roots into broader, more dynamic avenues. Visit here<\/a> to pre-order.<\/p>\n Today (Wednesday April 29), he has dropped the first taster of the album with the charismatic lead single \u2018I\u2019ll Let You Finish\u2019.<\/p>\n The track opens with an indie-tinged guitar riff, before Wolfhard adds casual, charismatic vocals over the top and kicks things up a notch when the upbeat drum beat comes in.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat do you do, are you right, my dear?\/You got a bingo cap, did she cost a lot?<\/em>\u201d he sings in the verse, building up to the lively chorus: \u201cYou\u2019ve got the money, honey\/ I\u2019ve got the time\/ You wanna go dancing every night<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n
