Britney Spears has been charged with misdemeanor DUI after she was arrested last month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The pop star, 44, was officially charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI on Thursday, April 30. Britney pulled over by California<\/a> Highway Patrol officers on a Southern California freeway and was arrested on suspicion of DUI on March 4. Britney’s arraignment is scheduled for Monday (May 4) morning in Ventura County Superior Court. Due to the misdemeanor-level charge, she is not required to attend the arraignment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Britney recently voluntarily check herself into rehab following the incident,<\/a> the news was announced on April 12.
