A wet reckless typically allows a defendant to plead guilty to reckless driving involving alcohol and\/or drugs without having to serve jail time, instead serving 12 months of probation with credit for any time spent in custody.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Wet reckless agreements also typically mandate that the individual complete a DUI class and pay state-mandated fines and fees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Spears will be arraigned on Monday, May 4, at 9 a.m. at Ventura County Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">EW has reached out to a representative for Spears for comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A representative for Spears previously responded to the musician&#8217;s arrest <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" data-yga=\"{\" ylinkelement=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/britney-spears-rep-calls-dui-inexcusable-loved-ones-making-plan-for-her-well-being-11920138\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"elm:link;elmt:article_link;slk:in a statement;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">in a statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable.
