Niagara\u00a0Amusement\u00a0Park &\u00a0Splash\u00a0World will not open this summer on\u00a0Grand\u00a0Island, IB Parks & Entertainment announced Thursday.<\/p>\n

The company\u00a0says\u00a0attendance and revenue over the last few years\u00a0haven’t\u00a0been enough to sustain and rebuild the park.<\/p>\n

They\u00a0thanked\u00a0their\u00a0customers, saying they still plan to host their annual\u00a0Fourth of July\u00a0fireworks display.<\/p>\n

IB\u00a0Parks also\u00a0says they will be reaching out to all season passholder to process their refunds.<\/p>\n

IB Parks & Entertainment\u00a0purchased\u00a0the former\u00a0Martin’s\u00a0Fantasy\u00a0Island in 2021<\/a> after the park closed a year earlier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
