The King\u2019s next stop was St Peter\u2019s church, where he delivered the Speech from the Throne on his last visit to Bermuda in 1970, marking the 350th opening of Bermuda\u2019s parliament.<\/p>\n
In the exhibition space at the 1850 Ordnance House, the King viewed items relating to the Transatlantic slave trade, including neck irons from the 1500s that were used for punishment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
