Claudia Winkleman hosts The Celebrity Traitors<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The BBC has revealed the full line-up of 21 celebrities participating in the second series of Celebrity Traitors<\/a> – with this year’s “big dogs” appearing to be Jerry Hall and Miranda Hart, or possibly Michael Sheen and Richard E Grant.<\/p>\n

Filming for the programme,<\/a> which takes place against the stunning backdrop of Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, commences next week, with participants expected to arrive today.<\/p>\n

The roster also includes University Challenge host Amol Rajan, The Last of Us star Bella Ramsey and comic James Acaster – not to be mistaken for Beautiful singer James Blunt<\/a>, who will also be at the castle.<\/p>\n

Additional comedy talent comes from Joanne McNally and Joe Lycett, while former Coronation Street favourite Julie Hesmondhalgh and social media personality King Henry complete part of the line-up.<\/p>\n

Little Mix member Leigh-Anne Pinnock has joined alongside Love Island<\/a> host Maya Jama, Industry star Myha’la and BBC<\/a> science and mathematics expert Professor Hannah Fry.<\/p>\n

Rob Beckett will provide entertainment alongside his television partner Romesh Ranganathan, joined by ex-EastEnders actor Ross Kemp and My Mad Fat Diary performer Sharon Rooney, plus musician and actor Sebastian Croft – most recognised as young Ned Stark in Game of Thrones, reports the Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When filming begins this weekend, the 21 contestants will be divided into Traitors and Faithfuls, after extensive discussions with host Claudia Winkleman and the production crew.<\/p>\n

From that moment on, their task will be to uncover which among them are making nightly trips to the turret wearing the greed hooded cloaks – determining which member of the remaining group will face elimination.<\/p>\n

Instead of keeping any prize money for themselves, the celebrity contestants will once more be donating their earnings to their chosen charities.<\/p>\n

While currently in production, the series isn’t anticipated to broadcast on BBC1 until autumn, mirroring last year’s schedule when participants included Sir Stephen Fry, Alan Carr, Paloma Faith, Charlotte Church and Jonathan Ross.<\/p>\n

Alan emerged victorious, unmasking himself as a Traitor in the final moments before collapsing in tears with the strain of it all. That end scene has now been nominated for the TV Moment of the Year gong at the BAFTAs next weekend.<\/p>\n

In recent months there has been considerable speculation surrounding potential participants for 2026, with suggestions that Danny Dyer, Ruth Jones, Liam Gallagher, Cheryl Tweedy and Peter Crouch would feature in the castle. Additional inaccurate rumours included Alison Hammond and Louis Theroux.<\/p>\n

The Celebrity Traitors will be coming to BBC One and BBC iPlayer later in 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
