Ice Spice<\/a> has been tapped up to star in a new Wendy<\/a>\u2019s ad just weeks after her viral fight<\/a> in a McDonalds<\/a> restaurant.<\/p>\n During the incident, which took place in Los Angeles and saw the rapper got into a scuffle with a woman named Vayah, she declared that she preferred Wendy\u2019s over McDonalds. Soon after, she shared an X post claiming a showdown “wouldn\u2019t happen at Wendy\u2019s<\/a>.”<\/p>\n The popular burger chain heard Ice Spice loud and clear and booked the 26-year-old to star in a new commercial promoting its new chicken sandwich. <\/p>\n “I heard Wendy\u2019s upgraded their OG chicken sandwich. New spicy?” Ice Spice says in the ad before she’s shown in a series of “spicy” scenes, including one where she gets a neck tattoo that reads “Ice Spicy.” She\u2019s then wakes up from her daydream to grab a Frosty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n During the McDonald\u2019s incident, Ice Spice was swung on while sitting down having a meal with a friend. While some alleged the fight was staged<\/a>, Ice’s lawyer stated that the attack was reported to LAPD<\/a>.<\/p>\n The attacker, Vayah, alleged that Ice rudely declined<\/a> to let her sit with her and a friend at McDonald\u2019s, which caused an argument and a volatile reaction from the LA resident. <\/p>\n “She said, ‘I\u2019m from New York,'” Vayah told TMZ<\/em><\/a>. “Let me tell you something. You\u2019re in LA. You\u2019re in my city now, and you can\u2019t be out here disrespecting people. If you wanted us to leave, you could have just said, politely, ‘I\u2019m not in the mood.'”<\/p>\n
