In a TikTok posted on April 27, Simone Biles spoke about the high cost of her red carpet glam.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe need to have a discussion,\u201d she said. \u201cIf you\u2019re a celebrity, an athlete, an influencer, these questions are for you \u2026 I just need to know if this is normal. I know going outside is expensive as f\u2014k these days, but like is it this expensive, ok?\u201d<\/p>\n
She went on to explain that she attended a red carpet event. Between her stylist, and the hair and makeup team, the grand total was about $23,000.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just want to know, is that f\u2014king normal?\u201d she continued. \u201cI get inflation. I get prices these days have gone up. But if that\u2019s the new norm, y\u2019all can have it. Y\u2019all will never see me at another event. I\u2019m going to sit my ass right here where it\u2019s free.\u201d<\/p>\n

I also feel like you have absolutely amazing style and don\u2019t even need a stylist. You could pick out your own stuff. It will look stunning.\u201d Biles replied to them, saying, \u201cSo so sweet \u2026 BUT the internet will disagree with you. They be on my ass tearing me apart.\u201d<\/p>\n Biles is the most decorated gymnast in history with 11 Olympic medals and 30 World Championship medals.
