As reported by TMZ<\/em><\/a>, Addison Rae\u2019s father, Monty Lopez, was booked on April 28. The 50-year-old is facing a felony charge of possession with intent to distribute marijuana after being caught with a large amount of the substance.<\/p>\n The cops were originally called to his home on April 23 for a mental health call, but it turned into a criminal investigation. His mugshot has been released, capturing him posing in an orange shirt.<\/p>\n This is not the first time that Lopez has been arrested. According to Us Weekly<\/em><\/a>, in 2024, he was arrested at a Walgreens in Lafayette, Louisiana for obscenity. They originally married in 2002, got divorce, and remarried in 2017.
