Mel B and Mel C reunited on stage this weekend to perform “Spice Up Your Life”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
The performance was part of Mel C’s current tour promoting her new album, Sweat<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n While the two Spice Girls had fun on stage together, a whole-group reunion has been out of reach for the bandmates for many years, multiple members have shared<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Melanie “Mel B” Brown<\/a>\u00a0will always show love to her Spice Girls<\/a> sisters.<\/p>\n On May 3, Mel B went to Leeds in support of Melanie “Mel C” Chisholm<\/a>, who is on the road promoting her new album, Sweat<\/em>. Not only did she visit her fellow Spice Girl backstage, but after, she joined her to perform “Spice Up Your Life.”<\/p>\n “went to support my northern sister on the launch of her AMAZIN album SWEAT\u2026. and she only ended up bloody gettin me on stage! LUV YOUUU and sooo proud of you @melaniecmusic !!! everyone go out stream order buy her album coz its AMAZIN and so is she!!!! #spicegirls #friendshipneverends,” Mel B wrote, alongside a video of the performance on Instagram.<\/p>\n Mel C commented, “MELANIE!!!! You made the night \ud83d\ude4c\ud83d\ude4c\ud83d\ude4c\ud83d\ude4c Thank you so much for getting up with me and your beautiful words. When I look at that [tour] and at the feeling it gave me, I was in my element, but there comes a time\u2026 I\u2019m 50,” she noted. “You can\u2019t be nagging everyone to go on tour if they don\u2019t want to. I laid that to rest when I turned 50.”<\/p>\n If the other members signed up, Mel B still isn’t sure it would change her mind. However, she said that she has a great deal of “respect and love” for her bandmates, whom she considers “family.”<\/p>\n “I wouldn\u2019t be sitting here if it wasn\u2019t for me being part of the Spice Girls,” the mom of three shared. “They\u2019ve done a lot for me as a person and in my life.
