Dolly Parton has announced she has been forced to cancel her Las Vegas residency due to health issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Taking to Instagram<\/a> on May 4, the Jolene singer gave a health update via a glamorous video, which saw her dressed in a black and pink sparkling top, which she paired with pink glittery earrings and a full face of makeup, in true Dolly<\/a> style.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cFirst, it\u2019s concerning my health – and I have some good news and a little bad news. But the good news is I\u2019m responding really well to meds and treatments, and I\u2019m improving every day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cNow, the bad news is that it\u2019s gonna take me a little while before I\u2019m up to stage performance level because some of the meds and treatments make me a little swimmy-headed, as my grandma used to say.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Dolly continued, \u201cAnd of course, I can\u2019t be dizzy carrying around banjos, guitars, and such on five-inch heels, and you know that I\u2019m going to be wearing them! Not to mention, all those heavy rhinestone outfits, the big hair, my big\u2026 uh, personality. Lord knows that would make anybody swimmy-headed!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “But just think of me as an old classic car, that once restored, can be better than ever!
