Speedy Morman has become the latest multi-platform journalist to pivot from traditional media to becoming an entrepreneur in Hollywood\u2019s fast-growing creator economy.<\/p>\n
Morman has left Complex Networks to join Boardroom, the sports media and entertainment brand founded by NBA star Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman, where his duties include becoming an on-camera host and executive producer.<\/p>\n
More from The Hollywood Reporter<\/strong><\/p>\n Morman is also the latest big-name strategic adviser to join Boardroom after on-air sports reporter Taylor Rooks boarded the media brand as it looks to drive membership around in-person events and a digital community. Other advisers include former NFL star turned TV personality Michael Strahan, musician Mark Ronson and CAA Sports co-head Mike Levine.<\/p>\n \u201cBoardroom will always be rooted in the business of sports and entertainment, and as we continue to grow we\u2019re always going to remain true to our voice.
