Orange County\u2019s culinary scene is about to welcome a major new dining experience: Katella Commons<\/strong>, the giant new food hall coming to OCVIBE<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The enormous 100-acre OCVIBE project is an entertainment district <\/strong>overhaul surrounding Anaheim\u2019s Honda Center<\/a>, featuring a 5,000-person concert hall and a sprawling urban park, among other attractions.<\/p>\n

Katella Commons is slated to open in early 2027<\/strong> with 21 chef-driven kitchens and 6 bars and lounges, laid out in a brand new, spacious market hall.<\/p>\n

Inside Katella Commons<\/h2>\n

Katella Commons is designed to be a premier food market hall that doubles as a striking architectural gathering space. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Acclaimed Chef R\u00e9mi Lauvand <\/strong>is the culinary expert behind Katella Commons, helping shape the experience and curate the 21 carefully chosen kitchen spaces.<\/p>\n

The space will feature six bars and lounges<\/strong> integrated alongside the food selection, making it a versatile space for pre-concert drinks and nights out. From the moody Bar Bacchia to the beer-garden-inspired Rea\u2019s Ranch, the lounges can host every kind of visitor. <\/p>\n

Beyond the menus, the architecture of Katella Commons is expected to be a major draw. The structure incorporates natural light, airy open concepts, and communal environments <\/strong>that flow naturally into OCVIBE\u2019s surrounding public plazas. <\/p>\n

OCVIBE\u2019s 100-acre vision<\/h2>\n

While Katella Commons will no doubt be worth the drive alone, it\u2019s just one piece of a much larger puzzle. OCVIBE is a $1 billion transit-oriented, inclusive, and sustainable public gathering space <\/strong>designed to completely transform the area around Honda Center.<\/p>\n

The food hall will debut next year alongside several other major milestones, including the brand-new, 5,000-person OCVIBE Concert Hall<\/strong> and the landscaped Urban Park,<\/strong> which will introduce three miles of walkable trails and an outdoor public art gallery.<\/a><\/p>\n

By its anticipated completion in 2033, OCVIBE<\/a> will boast 20 new acres of open space, <\/strong>more than 2,000 residences, two hotels, and over 35 distinct dining experiences. <\/p>\n
