Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> was taken aback on Tuesday by President Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s latest White House event, where he went way off-topic<\/a> while surrounded by children. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Trump, while signing a bill to bring back the Presidential Fitness Test, ranted about the election, Iran, the planned UFC fight on the White House lawn, how much he deserved a Nobel Peace Prize and more. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Kimmel played a clip in which Trump also complained about \u201ctransgender mutilization.\u201d Realizing he was surrounded by children, Trump added \u201cDon\u2019t listen to this, kids\u201d and then kept going. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThis man is insane, OK?\u201d he said after playing the clip. \u201cHe made up a word, \u2018mutilization,\u2019 and he\u2019s telling children about it. Next thing you know, he\u2019ll be telling them his favorite story, the tale of the lady weightlifter<\/a>.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Sure enough, in the next clip, the president was repeating a story he often told on the campaign trail about a transgender weightlifter. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cVery, very normal,\u201d Kimmel deadpanned. \u201cJust a totally lucid, very rational, clear-minded, level-headed person sharing his thoughts on gender reassignment with a group of young kids.
