A new album with the wonderful name of Human Assholes is landing on the 4th of September. There\u2019s also a European tour, but no sign of a Dublin date just yet.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong> \u201c\u2018Punch Drunk Love\u2019 reminds me of a very strong feeling of being in love, or at least being infatuated by someone, which can then lead to obsession.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Dutch collective Personal Trainer today announce their new album Human Assholes due out 4th September via Bella Union. The 15-track opus is the follow-up to the band\u2019s critically acclaimed second album Still Willing that was released in Summer 2024. To accompany today\u2019s announcement the band have shared the effortlessly charming first single \u201cPunch Drunk Love\u201d, a track which borrows its title from the Paul Thomas Anderson film of the same name. The single is accompanied by an equally charming video (below).<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on \u201cPunch Drink Love\u201d frontman\u00a0and songwriter Willem Smit says: \u201c\u2018Punch Drunk Love\u2019 reminds me of a very strong feeling of being in love,\u00a0or at least being infatuated by someone, which can then lead to obsession.
