Simon Cowell<\/a> has broken his silence after a clip of himself clapping on The Jennifer Hudson Show<\/em> went viral.<\/p>\n

In September, the former The X Factor <\/em>judge <\/a>walked through the show\u2019s famous \u201cSpirit Tunnel\u201d entrance ahead of his appearance on the chat show.<\/p>\n

Viewers commented on his style of clapping as he made his way onto set.<\/p>\n

Appearing on Jamie East\u2019s Tales from the Celebrity Trenches<\/em> podcast on Wednesday (6 May), the 66-year-old admitted that he still has not seen the clip as he gets \u201creally embarrassed about seeing this stuff\u201d.<\/p>\n

Confirming that he can indeed clap, Cowell added: \u201cI was just unprepared to waltz and clap on that day.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
