A partnership between celebrity chef Jet Tila and Live! Casino & Hotel will introduce about a dozen new pan-Asian dishes at Luk Fu in South Philadelphia<\/a>, launching on May 12.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jet Tila, renowned for Thai and pan-Asian cuisine and appearances on Food Network, brings decades of experience from Bangkok Market, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and restaurants in Las Vegas and Southern California. He is a culinary Guinness World Records holder and has been nominated for an Emmy and a James Beard Award.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to a Philadelphia Inquirer<\/em> report<\/a>, the initial menu features Thai pineapple fried rice, tempura crunch roll with yuzu miso, tom yum soup, Jet’s pad Thai, hamachi chili ponzu, sizzling Mongolian beef, and crispy tamarind-glazed prawns.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
