The case was brought by\u00a0the Chertanovsky inter-district prosecutor\u2019s office, which identified materials on\u00a0\u201cYaPlakal\u201d \u2014 along with content on\u00a0two joke websites, anekdotovstreet.com and anekdoto.net \u2014 that it\u00a0said could be\u00a0classified as\u00a0degrading to\u00a0human dignity and as\u00a0promoting discrimination and the insulting of\u00a0individuals on\u00a0the basis of\u00a0national and racial identity.<\/p>\n
