Jennifer Lopez<\/a> is baring it all.<\/p>\n In a video shared to Instagram on Wednesday, May 6, the superstar, 56, sits in her bathtub completely naked, save for a sparkling diamond necklace. Makeup-free and with her hair tied messily into a claw clip, she takes a moment to share her thoughts on getting “great skin.”<\/p>\n “Hi, guys. I’m in my bath and am about to go to bed,” Lopez begins. “Just finished washing with my JLo Beauty cleanser. And I was thinking that great skin is not something that just happens. Not something that you just get. It’s something that you create and you create it every day.”<\/p>\n She continues, “I just did my cleanser, I’m going to put my serum on, I’m going to put my eye cream on, my moisturizer, my Beso Balm, my neck serum, all the things. And then nine hours from now, I’m going to get up and I’m going to do it all over again.”<\/p>\n Lopez explains that great skin requires diligence, “just like anything else you want in your life.”<\/p>\n “You create it by the choices you make,” she concludes. “By being consistent every single day.”<\/p>\n The multihyphenate recently spoke to PEOPLE about her beauty brand<\/a>, which she launched in 2020, and its new neck cream<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI use my neck a lot [while] dancing. I have a very athletic show, and I toured all summer, and I\u2019ve been dancing my whole life.
