Featuring her collaborators A.G. The cheeky caption read, \u201ca video of me making a song called \u2018rock music\u2019 that is not actually rock music which is funny because I never said I was making a rock album.\u201d She was referring to her recent <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/charli-xcx-new-album-rock-less-auto-tune-british-vogue-1235548189\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>British Vogue <\/em>cover<\/a>, and the magazine\u2019s description of her next chapter \u2014 the follow-up to the massive <em><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/charli-xcx-brat-review-1235031414\/\" target=\"_blank\">Brat<\/a><\/em> \u2014 as a \u201crock reinvention.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor me, it\u2019s fun to flip the form,\u201d she said in the interview. \u201cWe know there\u2019s gonna be people who are bothered by it, but that\u2019s fine \u2026If I\u2019d made another album that felt more dance-leaning, it would have felt really hard, really sad.
