Pretty Little Liars <\/i>and Hallmark star Janel Parrish <\/b><\/a>is showering her new beau, Sasha Farber<\/b><\/a>, with lots of love on his 42nd birthday amid her divorce from estranged husband Chris Long<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy Birthday to my love @sashafarber1 \ud83d\udc51<\/span>,\u201d Parrish, 37, wrote via Instagram<\/span><\/a> on Saturday, May 9, alongside a slew of loved-up pics featuring the happy couple. \u201cYou bring joy and light to everyone who meets you. The world is a better place because you exist.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cEveryone go give him some birthday love because he\u2019s the absolute best.\u201d<\/p>\n

Farber reposted Parrish\u2019s heartfelt tribute to his Instagram Stories, adding rose and heart emojis.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAfter Hallmark star Janel Parrish and estranged husband Chris Long separated, she sparked a romance with former Dancing With the Stars pro Sasha Farber. \u201cShe\u2019s still got it @janelparrish \ud83d\udd25,\u201d Farber wrote via Instagram on April 9, 2026, sharing footage of the pair dancing together on a sidewalk. Parrish replied, \u201cThanks for dancing with me [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Farber and Parrish were first romantically linked<\/span><\/a> last month amid her separation. Parrish and Long, 41, called it quits earlier this year after seven years of marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you all for the incredibly kind and supportive messages, they\u2019ve truly meant the world,\u201d the actress wrote in a social media statement<\/span><\/a> on April 10. \u201cAfter 10 beautiful years together, including seven years of marriage, Chris and I made the difficult decision to end our marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parrish continued, \u201cThere is still so much love and respect between us, and I\u2019m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me. Thank you all again for the messages of love and support.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parrish and Long jointly filed for divorce<\/span><\/a> on April 28, agreeing on spousal support, division of property, legal fees and their official date of separation.<\/p>\n

Since her separation, Parrish has moved on with Farber. (The duo first met when Parrish competed on Dancing With the Stars <\/i>season 19 in 2014 with pro Val Chmerkovskiy<\/b>. Farber danced in the troupe that year.)<\/p>\n

Days later, Farber gushed that footage<\/span><\/a> of the couple dancing made him feel like \u201cthe luckiest man in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n
