The artist formerly known<\/a> as Kanye West<\/a>\u2019s Bully<\/em><\/a>, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 earlier this year after taking on several different forms in the months leading up to its release, is now available to shop on Complex.<\/p>\n The digital edition of the album opens with \u201cKing,\u201d a Duke Edwards-sampling track that, yes, does indeed share a name with a very different \u201cKing\u201d off Ye and Ty Dolla Sign<\/a>\u2019s initial Vultures<\/em> volume. Features on the project include Travis Scott<\/a> and Andr\u00e9 Troutman, among others, with Troutman, specifically, turning in a standout performance on the highlight \u201cAll the Love.\u201d<\/p>\n Ahead of Bully<\/em>\u2019s long-teased release, Ye took out a full-page ad in the Wall Street Journal<\/em><\/a> in which he spoke at length about his struggles with bipolar disorder and his desire to \u201cearn\u201d forgiveness for his past hateful remarks.<\/p>\n \u201cI regret and am deeply mortified by my actions in that state, and am committed to accountability, treatment, and meaningful change,\u201d Ye wrote in January. \u201cIt does not excuse what I did, though.
