Isa Briones plays Trinity Santos on The Pitt<\/em>, the hit HBO show that was nominated for 13 Emmy Awards during its first season. Briones has also been appearing on Broadway as Connie Francis in the musical Just in Time. <\/em>On May 2, she posted on her Instagram Stories to complain about a recent performance where fans in the audience were behaving inappropriately.<\/p>\n \u201cHEY HEY HEY,\u201d she said in the post. \u201cOnce again, Broadway is not a circus. Do not yell whatever you want at the performers. Yelling \u2018when are you going to finish your charts\u2019 before I sing \u2018Who\u2019s Sorry Now?\u2019 is f\u2014ing disrespectful to the performers onstage and your fellow audience members. Y\u2019all are pissin\u2019 me off.\u201d<\/p>\n At the end of the post, she added, \u201cLove and light and please remember you are occupying shared spaces and watching art.\u201d<\/p>\n On April 20, when speaking with Broadway Buzz<\/em><\/a>, the actress revealed why Just in Time<\/em> was the right show for her. \u201cWhen I saw it with Jonathan Groff [as Bobby Darin] and Sarah Hyland [as Connie Francis], I was like, \u2018This is just two hours of pure joy.” The Pitt is not really pure joy,\u201d she said. \u201cIt’s quite intense. Even the musicals I’ve done have been quite intense. Hadestown<\/em> of course has a message of hope, but it’s definitely a lot, and Next to Normal<\/em>, my god.
