Former The Bachelorette<\/em><\/a> star Ali Fedotowsky<\/strong><\/a> is defending her amicable \u201csleep divorce\u201d<\/a> from husband Kevin Manno.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like people are going to feel like this is controversial\u2026\u201d Fedotowsky, 41, began in a video shared via Instagram on Saturday, May 9, in partnership with Helix Sleep, a mattress company.<\/p>\n

\u201cI dunno, sleep divorce \u2014 it\u2019s not uncommon these days,\u201d her husband Manno, 42, responded in the same video.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am not sleeping in bed with my husband that much,\u201d Fedotowsky went on to admit. \u201cAnd I really like it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tFormer Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky had an emotional reunion with her kids following her mysterious trip. \u201cI was out of town for a while & surprised my kids,\u201d Fedotowsky, 39, wrote via Instagram on Monday, June 3. \u201cOne of my favorite moments ever in 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.\u201d In the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The former Bachelorette<\/em> \u2014 the led the 6th season of the series in 2010, ultimately saying \u201cyes\u201d to Roberto Martinez<\/strong><\/a> before the pair ultimately ended their engagement in 2011<\/a> \u2014 then listed three reasons why her and her husband are in a happy \u201csleep divorce.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really hard for me to only come up with three reasons,\u201d she joked. \u201cI have a lot more reasons. The first reason is our kids.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re still at the age where they like to have sleepovers with us on weekends and whatnot,\u201d Manno explained, before the pair admitted that they fight over who gets the guest room because \u201cit\u2019s the most comfortable bed in the house.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fedotowsky and Manno, who said \u201cI do\u201d in March 2017<\/a>, share two children, Molly and Riley. In January 2025, the couple revealed via Instagram that Kevin had been diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer<\/a>. A year later, the pair gave fans the happy update that doctors ruled Kevin cancer-free<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the Saturday video, the pair shared that reason No. 2 for their sleep divorce is the mattress they use in the guest room itself \u2014 it\u2019s simply too comfortable to give up.<\/p>\n

\u201cReason three, and I think this one is my fault \u2014 I wake up at 3 in the morning for work, and I guess an alarm going off at 3 a.m. can disturb your partner,\u201d Manno added.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhenever I hear Kevin\u2019s alarm go off at three in the morning I just wanna\u2026\u201d Fedotowsky chimed in. \u201cSo for the sake of our marriage he will, sometimes, sleep down there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fedotowsky then defended her reasoning in the post\u2019s caption, writing, \u201cAnyone else not sleep in bed with their spouse every night? I think all 3 of my reasons are solid\u2026buuuuuut I think everyone can agree the third reason is reason enough.\u201d<\/p>\n
